KENNEDY WILSON SELLS OVER $20M AT TWO AUCTIONS IN SINGLE WEEKEND

Northshore and John Ross condominiums sold at Kennedy Wilson auctions

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (April 13, 2010) – International real estate investment and services company Kennedy Wilson (NYSE:KW) today announced that it offered and sold 19 units of Northshore, a condominium project located in Tempe, Arizona, and 47 units of John Ross, a condominium project located in Portland, Oregon. The units were sold through two separate auctions conducted by the company on Saturday, April 10th and Sunday, April 11th at the Fairmont Scottsdale and the Hilton Portland & Executive Tower, respectively.

The Northshore auction attracted over 300 people for the lakefront units, and sales prices nearly doubled starting bids. The John Ross auction was standing room only, with over 700 bidders, and sales prices were over 151% of minimum bids, exceeding seller expectations.

“These auctions prove once again that both buyer and seller benefit,” Rhett Winchell, president of Kennedy Wilson Auction Group, stated. “The winning bidders know they purchased the homes of their choice at fair prices. The sellers realize high volumes of sales at lower costs and are no longer subject to continued uncertainty in the market.”

Kennedy Wilson will auction 45 units of 655 Hope, a luxury condominium project in downtown Los Angeles, next Sunday, April 18th at the Sheraton Downtown Los Angeles.
