NewsKENNEDY WILSON SELLS OVER $20M AT TWO AUCTIONS IN SINGLE WEEKENDNorthshore and John Ross condominiums
sold at Kennedy Wilson auctionsBEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (April 13, 2010) – International real
estate investment and services company Kennedy Wilson (NYSE:KW) today announced that it offered and sold 19 units of Northshore,
a condominium project located in Tempe, Arizona, and 47 units of John Ross, a condominium project located in Portland, Oregon.
The units were sold through two separate auctions conducted by the company on Saturday, April 10th and Sunday, April 11th
at the Fairmont Scottsdale and the Hilton Portland & Executive Tower, respectively. The Northshore auction attracted
over 300 people for the lakefront units, and sales prices nearly doubled starting bids. The John Ross auction was standing
room only, with over 700 bidders, and sales prices were over 151% of minimum bids, exceeding seller expectations. “These
auctions prove once again that both buyer and seller benefit,” Rhett Winchell, president of Kennedy Wilson Auction Group,
stated. “The winning bidders know they purchased the homes of their choice at fair prices. The sellers realize high
volumes of sales at lower costs and are no longer subject to continued uncertainty in the market.” Kennedy Wilson
will auction 45 units of 655 Hope, a luxury condominium project in downtown Los Angeles, next Sunday, April 18th at the Sheraton

InvestmentsBEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (April 19, 2010) – Stuart Cramer, president of KW Residential
Investments, a division of Kennedy Wilson (NYSE: KW), a Beverly Hills-based international real estate investment and services
company, today announced that Stephen Jordan has joined the firm as managing director of acquisitions. Jordan will focus on
acquiring distressed condominium projects in the western region of the U.S. Cramer stated, “We’re thrilled
to have someone with the depth of residential experience in acquisitions, marketing, construction, development and execution
that Stephen has.” Jordan’s experience includes acquisitions for John Laing Homes, formerly the country’s
second largest private homebuilder, and for Pulte Homes/Del Webb, the largest public homebuilder in the U.S. “I’m
very excited about joining Kennedy Wilson,” Jordan commented. “It’s an established company with a strong
